Managing order effortlessly

Sellers will receive notifications when a customer places an order. Your customers will receive automatic text or LINE messages when the order status has changed.

New Orders

Select Orders at the bottom menu.

New orders will show under the New tab.

New Orders(for sellers who have not verified and enabled the new payment feature)

To accept new orders:

1. Select the order under the New tab. Upon selecting, the details of the order and the customer will be shown.

2. Swipe right the order card or click the order card, scroll to the bottom and tap Accept. An accepted order will then be moved to a new tab under Accepted. A confirmation message will be sent to the customer once an order has been accepted by the seller.

3. Once the payment has been made, the seller can then confirm the payment by tapping the Unpaid tab. This will switches the status of the order to Paid.

4. Press the order and select the Courier Service. Don't forget to add in the tracking number of the order.

5. Select Fulfill Order to complete the process.

New Orders(for sellers who have successfully verified and enabled the new payment feature)

To accept new orders:

1. Select Orders or the second icon in the bottom menu

2. Select on the Paid order to see the details of the order. Upon selecting, the details of the order and the customer will be shown.

3. Scroll to the bottom to fill in the details of the selected the Courier Service and tracking number. Once submitted, the order will then be moved to a new under under Completed.
