- Work with our Growth Manager to design and constantly improve our outbound sales process including the sales pitch, lead-acquisition channels as well as the sales cycle and tracking system
- Execute on our outbound sales strategy relentlessly, meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Work with our Growth Manager to design and constantly improve our customer success process including the tracking system, how to identify priority users, scripts for troubleshooting etc.
- Own a portfolio of our most high-value users, meeting and exceeding KPIs for customer success (increased merchant revenue, increased conversion, reduced churn...)
- Mentor new members of the sales and customer success teams as the company grows
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Native Thai
- Professional English
- 2-4 years experience across sales and customer success/account management
- Strong drive and desire to contribute to the growth of a high-paced tech startup
- Growth mindset and ability to take on increasing levels of responsibility as the company grows
