Business Developer (Native Thai)

We are looking for an energetic Business Developer with 1-3 years experience to join our Growth team, executing on both outbound sales and customer success activities.

Job Description


  • Work with our Growth Lead to design and constantly improve our customer success process including the tracking system, how to identify priority users, scripts for troubleshooting etc.
  • Own a portfolio of our most high-value users, meeting and exceeding KPIs for customer success (increased merchant revenue, increased conversion, reduced churn...)
  • Work with our Growth Lead and broader team to design and constantly improve our outbound sales process including the sales pitch, lead-acquisition channels as well as the sales cycle and tracking system
  • Execute on our outbound sales strategy relentlessly, meeting and exceeding KPIs
  • Mentor new members of the sales and customer success teams as the company grows


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Professional English
  • Native Thai
  • 1-3 years experience across sales and customer success/account management
  • Strong drive and desire to contribute to the growth of a fast-paced tech startup

  • Growth mindset and ability to take on increasing levels of responsibility as the company grows
