Thus, to make it even easier and faster for you to report any problems within the app, here are two simple ways you can do so!
Also, before we dive into the steps, we would like to ask Zaapi store owners to check if the app has been updated to the latest version. Once the app is updated, please recheck if the problem still persists.
If so, you can follow these two easy steps to report the problem.
Step 1 : Shake your mobile
We have installed a system called Shakebug in our application, which allows users to easily report a bug or problem within the app. All you have to do is simply open the Zaapi app, shake your mobile, and a new window will pop up for you to fill in the details of the problem. Please fill in as much detail as possible.
Once you’ve completed explaining the situation, go ahead and submit! This report will be sent directly to our team of developers.

Step 2 : Report us directly
Suppose you cannot submit a report via Shakebug, you can also screen capture or record your mobile showing where the problem occurs. You can send the screenshots or recordings to us through any of these channels:
