What exactly is the 30% automation rate guarantee?
Within 30 days of your AI going live, at least 30% of your incoming customer enquiries will be fully resolved and closed by the AI without your team needing to intervene. We track this directly via Zaapi analytics. Should we fail to reach the 30% threshold, we shall issue a full refund. Please note, this guarantee applies to our recommended setup—should you opt for a bespoke configuration that deviates from our advice, the guarantee will no longer be valid.

That’s our minimum standard, not the finish line. Our work with eCommerce brands typically yields an automation rate of 60–80%. We set the guarantee at 30% because we are sticklers for reliability—we would much rather surprise you with brilliant results than fall short of a lofty claim. What is the difference between the Al Success Kit and the All-Inclusive Kit?

The All-Inclusive Kit adds full account configuration, covering teams, integrations, and marketplace automations, plus five bespoke automation flows for a single brand. Do I need a Zaapi subscription?
Yes, you will require a Zaapi Pro or Advanced subscription to access our automation and AI features.
Who does all the work?
Zaapi manages the entire implementation process. We audit your data, build your AI, and oversee the live transition. All we require from your side is the upfront documentation, a final review of the flows, and your attendance at the handover. Please note that for webhooks and integrations, your active cooperation and system access are essential for a seamless setup.
What happens after 60 days?
You retain full ownership of everything we build. You may choose to manage it independently or continue with Zaapi on a monthly retainer. Before the final handover to your team, we shall present your results and provide tailored recommendations to further optimise your automation rate.
How do I pay?
To initiate the project, we require 100% settlement upfront. For clients in Thailand, prices quoted do not include the statutory 7% VAT.
Can I add more brands later?
Yes, both kits cover a single brand. You may incorporate additional brands at a rate of $1,000 per brand.
