Welcome to Zaapi, a platform operated by Zaapi Co., Ltd. and its affiliates ("Zaapi", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zaapi’s website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or using Zaapi, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on our Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Zaapi, you must:

• You must not upload or transmit harmful code, spam, or other disruptive content.
• You are responsible for all materials or data uploaded or shared through your account.
• You must not impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to access other accounts.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Zaapi may suspend or terminate your account if these Terms are violated.

4. Team Accounts and Authorized Users

If your organization uses Zaapi with multiple users, the Account Owner is responsible for managing access permissions and ensuring that all team members comply with these Terms.
Actions taken by authorized users are deemed actions of the Account Owner.

Zaapi is not responsible for internal management or oversight of user access within your organization.

5. Integrations and External Services

Zaapi allows you to connect external accounts or services to enhance functionality.
By connecting an integration, you authorize Zaapi to access and process data from that service only as required to provide the connected features, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may disconnect integrations at any time.

Zaapi is not responsible for the data handling practices or availability of third-party services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zaapi to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
• Reproduce, copy, sell, or resell the Services without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

Zaapi reserves the right to remove content or restrict access if these rules are breached.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Zaapi Platform—including software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and logos—belong to Zaapi Co., Ltd. or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Zaapi without written consent.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, submit, or display ("User Content").
By using Zaapi, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences arising from it.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We aim to keep Zaapi available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
Zaapi will not be liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to Zaapi if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Your activity poses a risk to others or our systems.
• Required by legal or regulatory obligations.

Upon termination, your right to use Zaapi will end immediately.

You agree to indemnify and hold Zaapi, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Zaapi is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no warranties—express or implied—about reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaapi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Services.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Zaapi Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By using Zaapi, you consent to our data handling practices as described in that Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

We aim to resolve all disputes in good faith.
If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled under the laws applicable in your country of residence or, where required, under the laws of the country where Zaapi is established.
